Mission Statement 

Advancing Digital Knowledge for National Development
 

Vietnam-ISAC is an initiative dedicated to supporting Vietnam's National Digital Transformation Program through accessible learning opportunities and knowledge sharing.

Our Purpose

We provide free educational resources, workshops, and publications that build digital capacity across all sectors of Vietnamese society, supporting the three pillars of national digital development:

•     Digital Government – Sharing knowledge on modern          governance and public service delivery
•     Digital Economy – Providing education on technology            industries and digital business practices
•     Digital Society – Building digital literacy and skills across      communities
   

Our Approach
 

Education for All Ages

We believe in empowering current and future generations through comprehensive digital programs for middle schools, high schools, and universities.
 

Community Partnerships

We collaborate with established community organizations to ensure our educational programs reach all segments of society.
 

Knowledge Sharing

Through lectures, workshops, and publications, we make digital knowledge accessible to those working toward Vietnam's national goals of achieving 30% digital economy by 2030 and 50% by 2045.
 

Multi-Sector Engagement

We work alongside both public and private sector partners to support the development of IT industry, industrial digitization, digital administration, and digital data capabilities.
